Day 1: Kathmandu to Soti Khola (710 meters)

Drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, the starting point of the Manaslu Circuit Trek.
Enjoy scenic views of rural Nepal along the way.
Overnight stay in Soti Khola.

Day 2: Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900 meters)

Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola, following the Budhi Gandaki River.
Pass through terraced fields, suspension bridges, and traditional villages.
Overnight stay in Machha Khola.

Day 3: Machha Khola to Jagat (1,410 meters)

Continue trekking along the Budhi Gandaki River to reach Jagat.
Trek through subtropical forests and enjoy views of waterfalls and rock formations.
Overnight stay in Jagat.

Day 4: Jagat to Deng (1,800 meters)

Trek from Jagat to Deng, ascending through forests and terraced fields.
Pass through quaint villages inhabited by Gurung and Tibetan communities.

Day 12: Tilije to Tal (1,700 meters)
